1. What do I need to run the app?
You will need Xcode 14 and iOS 16.
2. How do I build and run the app in Xcode?
First of all, you will need to download and install Xcode 14 which can be done here: https://developer.apple.com/xcode.
Secondly, you will need to open up the Xcode project (It has a file extension of '.xcodeproj') from the product's 'Code' folder and wait until it finishes indexing.
Thirdly, you will need to select the desired iOS simulator or your real device connected to your computer from the dropdown menu found in the middle of Xcode's navigation area.
Lastly, you will have to click on the 'Run' button in the top right corner of the Xcode's sidebar. Alternatively, you can use CMD+R keyboard shortcut.

Yes, both Sketch & Figma design files are included.
